As protests sparked by the police murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis spread nationwide, the South has turned up. Days of marching, demanding, and clashing with police and white supremacists has led to hundreds of arrests. Communities are supporting folks on the frontlines with bail funds, legal aid, and other resources.
The National Lawyers Guild South is offering pro bono legal representation across the region. And in every state, there are ways to donate and seek help.
